Asking them women for help was straight up a copout. it was a way for me to put responsibility on someone else for me doing to the footwork to help me, a grown friggin man.
And why in the hell would or should them women know how to help?? What did or shoukld they have known?

Yu mentioned you were in AA so apparently something was workin there. I'd suggest gettin back there TODAY and get into action.
