Yeah in my experience sitting up on a computer/laptop keeps me awake, but lying down with a tablet seems to help.

Snacking was mentioned too, I find that now that I'm older if I snack much past 8pm or so I have sleep issues. I never had that issue when I was younger, but now it seems a few potato chips and I'm having trouble falling asleep.
