Hi and welcome!

On day one I looked at very basic things like my schedule and my most and least vulnerable times. Once I knew when I was most vulnerable I took specific steps to help. For example, during the week I would start thinking about beer around three in the afternoon as I started getting hungry and work day almost done. So I started having a big filling protein shake at my desk. I also took an alternate route home so I wouldn't pass my usual beer stop. Weekends were a little trickier....but there were times that if I had to get out to take one of my kids somewhere etc., I would leave my wallet at home. I have been very active on this site. Things have slowly gotten better and old habits are losing their grip on me. Also, hitting the weights for daily exercise is something I've done for years but have really ramped up my game there too. We're all different, but those are some of the things that have helped me. I wish you the very best!
