Welcome -- and sorry you have to be here. But you sound like you have a pretty good grip on the way ahead and have some strength left to take the next step.

http://www.al-anon.alateen.org/local-meetings for meetings. Where I used to live, there were at least two meetings a day -- in one location, daily lunch meetings which was convenient for me. I also benefited enormously from the combination of meetings and individual therapy.
And don't worry about scaring people off with long posts.
