x2... a protein smoothie with fruit and almond milk is good for me... its a pretty easy 300-400 calories (if you put peanutbutter in it) that can really hold you over and get you right...
You know you can add a handful of spinach to that fruit smoothie and you cant even taste it... And I know that spinach is good for a sobriety diet.
