Love the idea Ruby! We have had cooking weekender thread before and they were fun!
Those two things go great together. A pasta tossed in a little olive oil with the hearts and maybe some other veggies to compliment. Mmmmmm.
I also use the hearts in a tomato based chicken type stew. I use mushrooms and the hearts and sun dried tomatoes. Tasty!
