I had an idea for a lighter sub topic on here. I have all sorts of grocery items I've bought because they seemed a good idea at the time. Marinated artichoke hearts, spinach spaghetti, etc. I was thinking we could have a cooking thread using those random ingredients which we are unfamiliar with, curious about and maybe even nervous about using. Expand our horizons.
