Does your state have a website that shows the recent case info that you could check? I think the system here was pretty good about updating what documents were filed in a case. I know that there's a record for the motion AXH's attorney's filed requesting to withdraw. I don't remember how quick it showed up on the list, though, once he filed it. In our case, AXH's attorney then had to show up at the next of our hearings in order for the judge to approve the withdrawal.
