Insomnia made staying sober more difficult for me. After a few nights of very little sleep my decision-making would be impacted. I plowed through, though, and now I usually sleep like a log. This morning I woke up and my 50 lb dog was on top of the blankets between my legs. Never even felt her crawl into the bed!
