Hide away! The first few weeks, and even months, were all about identifying triggers and pushing through them. I was pretty reclusive for quite a while, and I'm glad I took that route. It helped me to focus on improving my thinking and habits, while also just getting through it by racking up sober time. Good work on the first week!
