I go for a walk every day when I return from work, plenty of fresh air and simply walk it out!!

However lowering the overall stress levels of the body is needed too, nutrition, exercise, fluids, plenty of sleep, less caffeine, all of these things serve to reduce the overall stress I have to deal with on a daily basis!!
