Yep, this is scary-accurate. This is actually something that my RAF pointed out to me years & years ago in an effort to help me stop holding onto all that stress that didn't "belong" to me... and it's so true; I'm known to say, "How hard is it to just DO THE RIGHT THING???" And I definitely hurt myself more than anyone else with this mindset, no one is ever as hard on me as I am on myself.
