Thanks for your well wishes. I'm feeling a bit more ready to cope with it this time. As for having a plan - I'm taking it one day at a time at the moment and there is a local centre you can drop in where the people are really supportive. I've also been practising 'mindfulness' which has helped with my mental state. I recommend it if you haven't tried it.
