All I can say Mirage is that the medicine makes me feel "normal"--normally happy, normally energetic, normally interested in life. Being depressed is like riding a bike with flat tires and dragging a chain tied to a boulder. It's exhausting. It takes super-human effort to do the simplest things, then it's tempting to beat myself up for being so unproductive. Vicious, ugly mean cycle. Depression is a liar, just like booze. I think they are siblings.
