I love the idea of short-circuiting your five classes of trigger moments. (Not really sure what that means exactly. Maybe someone could explain more). But, sometimes I can even hear them coming. It is like the voice says, "OK you know that this is going to stress you out so if you can't get through it alone I (alcohol) will be there to help you out!"
