I absolutely love sparkling water too and I drink rather a lot of it. I enjoy plain water too but sparkling just feels a bit more special and rings the changes a bit from sticking with plain water all the time. I'm not a great lover of coca cola, lemonade and so on, and if I ever do take those it is always the diet versions, I find the non-diet ones too sweet.
Something to watch out for with sparkling water......it was in one of the newspapers here in the UK recently that some brands of sparkling water contain sodium, so if you were drinking a lot of those you'd be consuming a lot of salt. This made me go and check the brand I drink and it doesn't contain sodium. Just something to watch out for.
