Feeling really down today...
Hi Friends.
I'm just feeling really down today. My emotions are all over the place and I just wanted to tell you my friends about it because I don't have anybody here to talk about it with. I'm sure this is all part of the process of learning how to be sober and happy which I will get there I promise. I new going into this it wasn't going to be easy and it's not. I just wanted to get this off my chest because I don't want to bottle things up. Everyone of you are so important to me and I can't thank you enough for just being here. I am on day 13 and still fighting the good fight.
