Thank you SoberJennie and Croissant for sharing about your moms. Its a really awful experience and I'm very sorry to you both. If I don't make sobriety and recovery happen, I will destroy everything in my life and I'm sure I will die. I've already messed so many things up and really suffered brutal consequences from my drinking. Today is day 2 and I am so weighed down by shame right now for things I said and did during my relapse. Its the feeling I want out of most but I know if I drink there is only more shame waiting. Thank you to everyone for your encouragement and suggetions. It helps me feel less alone right now and I truly appreciate that
