I'm also gonna print out the Tools post on SR because there were some very positive ideas on that too.
I feel like such a nerd, I'm envisioning putting together a "sobriety notebook" for myself.
There is so much good, inspiring information out there. The trouble is, I tend to forget them when my addiction starts trying to take hold.
