My last binge
I have a question for all of you.
I've thought about writing a document detailing all the horrible things that I did in my last binge, as a sort of reminder to myself as to why I never want to pick up again. I'm a little unsure as to whether this is a good idea, not knowing if it will make me more depressed or something at this point.
I am 5 days sober, btw.
What are your thoughts? Is this something that anyone else has done? Is it worth it? I appreciate the feedback.
