#2 -- AA sure helps us to understand alcoholism -- also good support there
#3 -- a full sober tool belt is always recommended

many have sobered up and stayed sober by just reading the AA Big Book
a for sure to add to the sober tool belt
also recommend -- staying close and participating on this site
