Trying to keep this as neutral as possible, I wish I could have found an answer by searching
, but on day 3 of sobriety, and despite drinking at least 8 glass of water a day and eating pretty healthy, it seems like other than once or twice a day, I'm only losing "water" as I lay in bed sweating at night. Is that normal? I hate to think I'm not drinking enough water, I feel like I'm reaching for a glass every time I turn around.
