This is the fuddy duddy answer but the only way to really ace an exam is eat well, sleep well and study hard.
Study Buddy pills are pretty vague on their composition but they do contain caffeine.
I wouldn't take them myself.
If you decide to take them, I wouldn't risk taking too many. Read the directions.
