, it's a little after 12:00am so here goes my day 3. Weekends have always been tough for me, when the boredom kicks in those cravings really kick in too. I'm not letting myself drink today no matter how bored,lonely,mad,sad,ashamed as I feel I've felt all those things before and those feelings pass and there is no way drinking will solve anything.
