Yes Cowboy, Poutine is a Quebec national dish and some are really tasty and chichi like revisiting the gravy with foie gras or with lobster and french fries. It's true that people have a poutine at 4 am after the bars...
I haven't had it in year. ANd although it sounds disgusting - fries, cheese and gravy - it's rather good.
I find I'm funnier sober than drunk and so present.
