The police report stated I turned left on a flashing yellow arrow...other car coming from other direction going straight had a green light...I guess I did not see him as i was on the phone with my mom at the time, and he hit me on my passenger side...my insurance called about claim today and left message. I'm waiting to talk to attorney before calling them back.
