You have to do what is right for 'you'. IF you are going at the rate you are going with the drinking you will inevitably lose your job anyway and possibly your life. Besides there are certain laws that protect you if you seek mental health treatment (REHAB). Good Luck and think of yourself first. If it is a job worth keeping then they will understand. If they do not understand then why would you want to work there anyway...?
