How much are you taking? The withdrawals of benzos have almost killed me. So the combo of both at same time might be best if monitored.
Took 0.5 mg three times a week last week, and 0.5mg yesterday and today.
I didn't get rid of them though. I want to see how I feel and IF I can stop taking them for the next few days, unless the anxiety is out of control.
