About a month ago, my therapist had me make a list of my needs and whether they were being met in my relationship.
Being codependent, the list took me a solid 5 days to make, as I drew a blank.
But one of them was humor. (and stability, respect, open communication).
As I fell further and further into despair, and was physically hit by my girlfriend, I found myself immersing in little clips. My mind is/was too addled to read a whole book, but I wanted to share some things I watched over and over. I like some of these because it involves using your wits, improvising, and remembering lines - things you just can't do if you're blacking out or always drunk.
