Alcoholic gastritis. Symptoms were black bowel movements, horrible abdominal pain, nausea, lack of appetite, and pretty much just hell.
Also felt shaky inside and outside, but it visible shaking. It was weird.
Honestly, I'm surprised I didn't get pancreatitis.
