Hello...
I have slipped up and feel sooo p*ssed off with myself.
I had been sober for 24 days...The longest period yet for me until last night.
The thing is I just knew I was going to have a drink...The cravings suddenly appeared again after having subsided for a while.
I don't understand why the cravings came back with a vengeance? Is that normal?
I just feel like I'm weak and have no willpower.
Now I have to start over
