Mountainmans very basic blueprint
#1 - keeping God first (not as easy as it sounds)
#2 - prayer
#3 - church and daily bible reading (bible in a year)
#4 - exercise - bicycle riding and hiking
#5 - this site - sober recovery.com
#6 - AA meetings
#7 - spending time in the Jacuzzi in the middle of the night talking with God - stars all around
#8 - occasional reading of the AA Big Book (worked the Steps a couple of times)
#9 - lending a helping hand to someone less fortunate
(should be in the #1 spot) but to be honest it isn't
