Ignorance is bliss. Now you know what you are doing, if your like me it sort of ruins the whole process of drinking.

It was not a relapse, just a slip - don't let it become a relapse. Be strong and learn, which it sounds like you are.

I find hanging with active alcoholics creates resent. They are in denial and don't want to be shown up by someone improving their life. I try to avoid this situation at all costs.
