It is hard to stop drinking, but it is worth it. Do you think you need professional help from a counselor or from a treatment program? This is not the type of thing one can do on their own. I had to adopt the decision of "I will not drink....no matter what." It was a lot of tears, many long nights, but it was and is worth it!
