It seems to me that you need to write all these things down and tell your doctor about it all. These are all medical issues that we can't help with. Giving medical advice is against the rules and I agree with that.
Also, don't go browsing all sorts of forums and pages to self-diagnose. For that the internet is just too unreliable.
Make an appointment with your doctor and get good medical advice.
