You're welcome,LA!! Energy and desire weren't the problem, though; I had been injured, so I had had the energy and desire for a while just waiting for my shoulder to heal. It was a nice ride, even though I did have a little spill.
Grateful for the enthusiasm, willingness, and honesty of my sponsees.
And grateful to realize my frustration with the mental health professionals at the conference last week was, at the core, all about fear and shame...as most things seem to be. Without the Steps I would not have had this awareness or the ability to "reboot" my attitude and then take time to "recover" today from the stress of last week.
