You do never know who's who. I found out one of our members was a doctor but I had no idea. Again, as many mentioned, people coming to the rooms aren't necessarily dressed in their work cloths. At the end of the day, it really doesn't matter since we all share the same common problem and that's we are all there supporting each others.
