This is so funny. I just stopped my Netflix to come outside, sit on my porch swing, and really focus on this post tonight. I'm so bad about constantly multi-tasking.
Grateful for getting back into cooking lately. Glad to find I enjoy it even more when I'm not obsessive-compulsive with it, with the numbers & nutrition part of it. That was a big part of the eating disorder phase of my addiction.
And grateful I have held my tongue regarding a HUGE bombshell my brother dropped on me today. I had all kinds of judgments and opinions, but I'm taking time to digest, to pray and meditate, before I say anything to him. So glad I am getting better at waiting to respond.
