Grateful you posted this, EQ. I was so pi$$ed at my mom today when I went to visit her and I left really quickly 'cause she was getting hysterical over next to nothing. Glad to be reminded she's not going to around forever and that I want to be compassionate!
And grateful for taking the time to do more meditation/chanting this evening than I had in a while. I needed it.
