I'd Tell them my Story. I'd let them Know That God Loves them so much and that Jesus paid for all that guilt shame and remorse at the cross so let it go and trust in him cuz he will change your whole life. He Changed mine! That compared to Eternity this life is like a blink of an eye so don't get to worked up over anything. Just trust Him.
