Day 13 and just had a craving, but its o.k.
Ok, it's Friday (trigger), my daughter just moved out (trigger), I'm tired from work (trigger)....of course my addictive voice is raging! Its o.k. though because I know to come here and read posts until the craving is gone and so far it works for me. I am going to pick up sushi on the way home instead and take it easy.
