I just need to get this off my chest really quickly - I have just had a row with the neighbours over b****y gravel on the drive and I don't know why but the thought immediately came into my head right thats it I'm going to have a drink!!
Total madness
I know sorry to vent but I thought if I wrote this down rather than actually have a drink it would help it to pass.
I think I really need to get better control of my temper as soon as possible because it is going to be a sticking point of my recovery if I don't.
