I've heard people say that they were court mandated and they were only going to meetings until their case was over. Years later some of them came back to AA because they knew where the help was. Even though they may not seem interested now, I believe the exposure to the program is a positive thing.
I suggest you bring another shirt to save yourself from worrying.
