Grateful for the 3 hour nap I took on Saturday after work to catch up on some much needed lack of sleep.
Grateful for the cool dark basement where I keep my bed at to make sleep easier.
Grateful for new earplugs to block out noise to help me sleep.
Grateful for the fan that I use to help me sleep. That type of noise seems to help me sleep. But I turn it the other way so it doesn't blow directly on me.
Grateful for the Ambien that I take most nights to help me sleep. I only take it if I have to work the next day and stick to a low 5 mg dose.
Grateful I crawled on the floor and acted and meowed like my cat.
Then I crawled on the floor to the fridge to get a snack.
Then I crawled into bed to go to sleep.
