Hello,

I am new to this site but have been browsing it for a couple of months. I made my BP about two weeks ago and have been learning slowly but surely to recognize my AV and turn the "you" into "it".

I have found this to be very helpful and it most often will turn a negative feeling off once I make the distinction.

What I do have a hard time with is when the Beast sends just pure emotion with no "words". Feelings of hopelessness, sadness, pain and even some tears welling up in my eyes.

I state to myself that I will Never drink again, and will never change my mind but this doesn't always work to dissipate the feelings.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Also if you notice any AV in my writing please do point it out.
