Boredom is natures way of telling us we have spare capacity. I found the same thing with TV and now I rarely watch it. Over time I have found there is plenty to do- and if anything I do not have enough time- I took up songwriting and playing the guitar early in recovery.
I spent the first year slowly getting things together. I had years of tax returns to do- I cycled and got a bit fitter
