I was at the same point when I joined SR - drinking 'round the clock. When I came here I didn't feel alone anymore & that made all the difference to me. I agree about seeing a doctor, too - if that's possible. For me, it was about 2-3 days of feeling shaky & strange. It also takes a little while for our sleep patterns to return to normal. Once it's over you never have to go back there again. You sound determined to do this - and we know you can.
