Welcome Amy! Glad you are here. This is a great place to get support.

I can relate alot to your post--including drugs, alcohol, and self-harm. You are not alone. It does get better in recovery. Glad to hear that your AA group is helping. Now you also have SR in your corner.

Congrats on 5 months! Keep moving forward in recovery. We do recover.
