LifeT, please try to not be ashamed. Alcoholism is a disease, not a lifestyle choice for us. Start a new day. Hang in there and if you slip, hang in there and get the help you need to beat this thing! It took me almost a year since joining SR. Many times I thought I wanted to give up and hide, but I didn't. You can do this!
