I find prayer and meditation helpful. Also coming here, and reading other recovery articles online. In a meeting the other day, we talked about having those wobbly days. I learned that it's never too late to start your day over. When we feel weak or pissy, we can just step back take a time out and begin the day again. You're doing great!
